Thelma Bronstein

Thelma Bronstein is a third generation Zichron resident. Her ancestors were among the pioneers who settled here to create Zichron. Indeed, the place's legacy flows in her veins and is expressed in a variety of ways through her art. A series of house paintings captures the first humble structures of the Moshava/village, as they looked during her documentation in 1991. These paintings were painted plain-air using watercolors, pastels and oils.  The series was used as a historic document and was printed by the local municipality.
