Sigal Ron has lived in Zichron since 2007. She moved here from the Galil, after major trauma in her life, which lingering effects led to a long creative block.  The new geographic and architectural character of Zichron provided a fresh setting which soon became catalysts for new work. Ron connects to hidden gem spots throughout the Moshava, gets inspired by them and paints. Using expressive brush strokes she creates intense color fields and builds complex sensuous compositions bursting with optimism and vitality.
