Eyad Jorban
Eyad Jorban is a Jissar Elzarka native, deeply connected to his village and heritage. He vividly remembers the village from 30 and 40 years ago, and misses these childhood landscapes. He even longs for landscapes preceding them; those of his ancestors. In his artwork Jurban recreates his historic heritage, in a way assuring its continuation; traditional household items, old stone houses, Mt. Carmel views, the Taninim River and the Mediterranean sea.
